Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with French Alligator. Please review our return policy before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

2. Store Credit Only

All approved returns will be refunded as store credit in the form of a French Alligator digital gift card.

  • Store credit does not expire.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed apparel
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through wear or improper handling

4. Return Process

  1. Email support@frenchalligator.com with your order number and return request.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  4. Unapproved returns may be rejected.

Please note: The return address printed on your package is different from the address where we accept returns. To ensure proper handling, please contact our support team for return instructions before sending any items back.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue store credit at no cost to you.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

French Alligator is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
